Monjon’s in-house service technicians ensure the installed equipment is fully maintained and operational at all times.
Alarm monitoring is maintained via a 24/7 response call centre.

In the event of alarm activation requiring “urgent” attendance, Monjon will dispatch a marked patrol car. The management and coordination of the “alarm response” is monitored from Monjon’s 24 hour “Response Centre” who liaise and communicate directly with the client.
